  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your WordPress credentials are accurate and up to date
  • Informing us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Generate defamatory, obscene, hateful content or content violating intellectual property rights

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

5. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain all rights to content generated via our service. By using Astrorank, you grant us a limited license to process your keywords, research data, and generated content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is provided "as is". Although we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring that all published content meets your standards and complies with applicable laws. We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or performance of AI-generated content.

Our Content

All software, trademarks, logos, and service materials belong to Astrorank and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Payment Methods: You authorize us to charge your designated payment method.
  • Free Trial: We offer a free 3-day trial period for new users. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription will be automatically activated unless you cancel.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust prices with a 30-day notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRORANK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE CONTENT WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RANKINGS IN SEARCH ENGINES OR TRAFFIC RESULTS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrorank, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, liability, and expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your payment fails or your account becomes overdue
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We discontinue the service

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after account closure.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the changes come into force constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrorank.
